As a private practice attorney, Bryan represented physicians in a variety of matters, including employment and business relationships with hospitals. He also focused on employment law, and healthcare and financial services regulatory matters. Subsequently, Bryan served as Vice President and Corporate Counsel for The Human Motion Institute/Accelero Health Partners, the consulting division of Zimmer Orthopaedics. In this capacity, he developed Surgeon-Hospital alignment strategies, and provided strategic Orthopaedic service line guidance for senior leaders at over 100 hospitals.

At GTS we believe there is tremendous value in reducing the time required for innovation implementation, and as such we have developed not only an Orthopaedic Trauma Incubation Center, but have coupled this with an outlet to bring ideas to market for our surgeon base. Our unit-MD3™ is engineered and run by Scott Hay; with over 15 years experience in bringing products of varying surgical products to the marketplace rapidly this fits our mission of innovation implementation.

Scott received a BS in Aerospace Engineering and, in the same field, an MS with an emphasis in astrophysics, advanced mathematics and material science from the University of Florida. Scott holds a number of patents and is recognized as a leader in the field of rapid prototyping.

Over the last 7-years he has worked with prominent spine surgeons on an individual basis and supported a number of medical device companies development needs including Scient’x USA, Disc Motion Technologies, Stryker, US Spine, IST, Blackstone and Medtronics.

Cindy has been a nurse since 1985 and has worked for twenty years in the Operating Room as a charge nurse for the Orthopaedic Trauma Department.  She graduated in 2003 with a Nurse Practitioner Degree and has continued her work in the Orthopaedic clinic and Operating Room.

Chris Kelley PA-C

Director of Mid Level Development

As Mid-Level Program Developer Chris is responsible for GTS Program design, implementation and consistency. Chris is also responsible for pre-program training of the Orthopaedic Trauma Mid-Levels to assure that our Programs have the highest level of capability at initiation through our Training Center for Orthopaedic Mid-Level expertise.

A graduate of both Clemson and Nova Southeastern University, Chris holds certifications as a NREMT-Paramedic, Army Flight Surgeon, Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), MPH and PA-C.   Chris has ten years experience as an Orthopaedic Trauma PA and military PA with combat experience.  He has successfully developed programs both civilian and military that are efficient and self-sustaining.
